Coaching triads are a place to enhance your life and ministry. You'll work through real challenges with colleagues who are on the same journey as yourself. This is also a place to develop your personal coaching skills.

Coaching triads are peer-led with resources provided by TLN. Triad groups meet once a month for 1-hour sessions over the course of a year. TLN will help you get started with an orientation session and administration for forming a group.

The roster is a page on the website where transitional leaders with an active basic membership are listed by location. Churches and denominations may reach out to these transitional leaders with job opportunities. 

Yes, but you will lose access to any of the content that is attached to that membership level when you leave. If you rejoin later, you will need to pay the price listed at that time. 

You can cancel your monthly membership any time at no cost. If you cancel your annual membership, there is no refund.

Denominational membership is based upon the number of churches within the entire denomination or a specific district/region. For example, let’s say you are a district superintendent with 67 churches in your district and are ready to receive support from TLN with a denominational membership. Your annual payment for membership would be $500 as this level covers a denomination or district with 0 to 99 churches.

Yes, we encourage denominational leaders to invest in membership together for additional cost savings. For example, let’s say you’re a district superintendent and two of your colleagues from different districts also want to access membership. Together, you and your colleagues oversee 163 churches. An annual payment of $750 would grant all three of you access to denominational membership as this covers a group overseeing 100 to 199 churches.

Alternatively, let’s say your entire denomination wants to invest in membership. Your denomination oversees 212 churches. An annual payment of $1000 would grant every denominational leader in your group access to membership since this fits into the level of 200+ churches.

Payment can be processed for a full group by choosing the membership level above and following the steps. Afterwards, please contact TLN by email with the names and email addresses of your colleagues. We will manually grant them access in our system.

Alternatively, we can split the cost of membership into multiple invoices. For example, let’s say you and two other denominational leaders qualify for the $750 membership level (100 to 199 churches). We can send everyone a separate invoice of $250 for their share of the membership fee. Send us an email if that's what you'd like to arrange. 

Yes. If you’d rather pay by cheque or e-transfer, send us a message through our contact form. We can prepare an invoice for your denomination or district. Once the invoice has been paid, we will grant you and/or your colleagues with access in our system.
