Triad Gatherings Between Sessions
The 12 live online training sessions are divided into four modules of 3.5 hours every two weeks. The self-directed exercises and activities compliment and integrate with the live sessions. You will engage with a triad between sessions for learning and support.

Advanced Training vs. Basic Training
How does Advanced Training differ from Basic Training?
Co-facilitators Cam Taylor and Hugh Fraser
Cam gives overall leadership to the TLN and is an active coach, facilitator, and local church leader. He passes on experience and learning gained from his work with congregations, leaders and non-profits.
Hugh is an active transitional pastor who practices what he teaches. He shares the tools and approaches he is currently using with congregations in transition. He is a trained coach, facilitator and ordained pastor with the CBWC.
