Transitional Ministry

The departure of a pastor is a significant change event for a church. It is also a season of renewal and an opportunity for congregational transformation. An intentional transition welcomes a new lead pastor into a healthy church.

Most churches today need "adaptive" change, not just "technical" change. An opportune time to begin to make those changes is during pastoral transition.
