Based on the book, The COACH Model for Christian Leaders by Keith Webb, this is a hands-on, practical, and interactive workshop to help you strengthen your coaching skills.
Over the course of three days, you will learn and practice:
1) How to ask powerful questions that initiate a change of thinking
2) How to generate feedback that avoids defensiveness
3) How to design action steps that will actually be accomplished.

Meet the Training Facilitator and Host
Neal Black - Training Facilitator
Neal has many years experience as a pastor, coach and leadership director. He currently works with Family Life Canada, as well as runs his own coaching and consulting business called DesignedGrowth.
Cam Taylor - Host
Cam is a coach, author, facilitator, and leads the team at the Transitional Leadership Network. He will work alongside Neal to help create a dynamic learning environment as we increase the coaching skills of those who participate.
