Coaching Circles
One of the core pillars of the TLN is coaching. Coaching serves as a powerful approach in our work with congregations in transition as well as to help facilitate our own growth as leaders.
We are offering coaching circles for transitional leaders as a vehicle for support, leadership development, and a place to connect with others doing similar work.
What Does Coaching Circle Do?
Coaching circles are online communities that use Zoom as the tool that brings us together. They are 60-90 minute facilitated meetings that have a variety of goals.
Goals of a coaching circles could include:
- Exploring topics relevant during transition
- Prayer for each other
- Leadership development
- Problem solving
- Spiritual growth
- Skill development
