The TLN was birthed out of Outreach Canada in 2003 when a need was identified to do pastoral transitions differently. Since then, 100's of people have been through our training and our simple framework has been used in 100's of churches successfully.
We desire to see the church strong, healthy and having significant kingdom impact with all generations. In North America, there is a growing number of churches who need specialized help with their transitions.
We exist to serve leaders working with churches in transition. That includes front line transitional pastors and leaders plus denominational leaders who give oversight and support those churches in transition.
We also help raise the awareness at the local church level for taking time to be intentional during their transition.
The following values define who we want to be as a network and help to guide us on this journey together.
Meet the people who are helping make this network grow and develop.
