Customized training to meet current and future transitional leadership needs for front line leaders.
FOCUS OF THE ADVANCED TRAINING
It's designed for current transitional pastors but can also be added on to the 3-day basic training.
The purpose is to deepen and further develop the skills and competency of transitional pastors and leaders.
Topics include:
- Advanced facilitation skills for navigating change
- Equipping the search team to communicate & discern
- A roadmap for working with churches in conflict
- Other topics you bring to the table

Adults Learning Together
The training is a mixture of presentation, personal reflection, and small group interaction.
Co-facilitators Cam Taylor and Hugh Fraser
Cam is a leadership coach, author, facilitator, training who gives leadership to the Transitional Leadership Network.
Hugh is an active transitional pastor who has worked with over 19 churches. He is a trained coach, facilitator and ordained pastor with the CBWC.
