This webinar builds upon April's webinar which focused on the process of doing vision work during transition.

This webinar focuses on the competencies of facilitation and communal discernment and how they can be used to move toward greater clarity in key areas.

Presenter: Steve Coupland

Steve has been serving as a transitional leader for several years and has worked with various churches and non-profits of different shapes, sizes, and denominational affiliations. In addition, he works for the Transitional Leadership Network providing digital support and strategy to the network.

Steve is a process-oriented leader who loves to work with mind maps, models, and visuals as a way of helping reorient congregations and leaders in the midst of disorienting change.
